A
book is a paper with words on it. Specific traits for books include two
covers and pages in the middle,
techniques to help you learn, words that boggle your mind, conflict, a setting,
characters, a mix of simplicity and mind
twisters, and plot twists that can change the course of your day. Only if it’s
a good book. If it’s a bad book then throw that garbage out, nobody wants that
crap. A person that embodies those traits is almost everybody with prior
knowledge up to first grade. A book is like a different life that you can
hold. I agree with Joe Meno in saying
that books are still books regardless of what form they are in. Either electronic
or on paper. They are still the same thing and relay the same message. To me
though I have no problem with reading electronically. Though I do hate reading
on Kindle’s because who wants to waste all that money on a thing that you can
only read on. And it looks too much like an iPad mini and I often get confused
and go up to somebody and say, “Yo, is that an iPad man?” And they just say “No.
It’s a kindle” and I’m just like darn design got me thinking that it was an iPad.
So that is why I don’t like Kindle’s. I only like to read on Apple devices
because they are more versatile and you can do other things while you read,
like listen to music. Mainly I think books are just anything that you read
words that form a picture in your head and make a new “life’. These are the
reasons of what I think a book is or can be.
I like this line “Yo, is that an iPad man?” also riveting info coming out today Vinay good job.
